Credit Card Statement

For your privacy, your credit card statement will only show "Killer Instinct Clothing" & will not include reference to any purchase.

Processing & Delivery

- Your Clothing will be delivered to you discreetly packaged.
- The senders name will not appear on your delivered package
- Your delivered package will not include references to contents.
- Delivery will usually be within 5-7 days
- We will contact you should we be temporarily out of stock of an ordered item and quote an estimated
  delivery time
- For "Credit Card" payment, postage within Australia Add $10.00 (Australian) per order under A$100
- All ordered over $100 are shipped freight free

Return and Exchange Policy

If purchased item is faulty and you would like to return it, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

You may return all unworn or unused merchandise with the original packaging and tags within 14 days of receiving the items. All items returned or exchanged must be unopened, unused and still be in the original packaging. We will not accept items for return any later than 7 days from the day you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our customers and employees, we do have some restrictions on what can be returned.
• We will not accept returns on used items.
• We cannot accept returns on items where the packaging, tags or labels have been removed or
   damaged.
• You cannot return any clothing if the tags have been removed. Please leave the tags on until you know
   its your size.
• Any garment that covers an intimate area is not returnable for your protection as well as another
   customer's protection.

Cancellations

All orders are processed as they are received. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If we ship or have to order merchandise to fill your order, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Instructions

You first must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) Please call us on 1300 553 411 or email us at sales@killerinstinct.com.au with the reason for return and we will issue you a RA number. All packages received without a RA number will be refused.

Pack the item in the original shipping box or another sturdy box with care.

Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note explaining the details of the return or exchange and your RA number. Please be sure to include item codes for items you would like to exchange for.

The shipping cost for returns and exchanges is at your expense. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation with your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

All accepted returns will be refunded within 7 to 14 days.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please allow time for any items to be ordered to fulfil your exchange. For faster exchanges we recommend ordering what you want online, then returning your item for a refund. If you include your new order number with the return the restocking fee will be waived.
